Maine Tech Week is an annual event designed to strengthen Maine’s full innovation economy. Through cross-sector connection and collaboration, we help grow Maine into a nationally recognized, community-driven hub for innovation and economic growth.

It exists to:

Elevate innovation happening across industries
Increase density and connectivity within Maine’s ecosystem
Create space for cross-sector collaboration
Strengthen Maine’s long-term economic resilience
Make visible the breadth of innovation already underway

What ‘tech’ means to us

The word “tech” often brings to mind software startups, venture capital, and digital products. That narrative is important, but it is incomplete.

At Maine Tech Week, tech is expansive and inclusive.
